Jeffrey Dunaway

Jeff has taken the reins of Gracie Lee Holdings following his successful transition as co-founder and CEO of AmeriTrial OTC, Inc., a large cap CRO in the pharmaceutical industry. Jeff sold his interest in that firm to focus on opportunities in real estate. After beefing up the commercial property end of Gracie Lee Holdings over the last decade, Jeff has been particularly noted for his success in preserving significant architecture while transforming properties into viable retail, office or residential sites. His commercial banking background provides him with valuable insight into the needs of the eventual tenant while construction is underway, as well as the proper mix and placement of tenants once leasing commences.
